The Communications and Information Technology Commission is responsible for regulating the internet and other technology tasks related to information technology. The challenge was to create a brand that captures the sophistication of operation at CITC, with an inspiring culture that cascades to the entire organization. In addiction, to create a full guideline that helps the HR and the communication department in implementing the new brand purpose, values and mandate.


The reposition and launch of CITC was done by manifesting the complex role of the entity into five core values, that defined the internal culture. The core values of innovation, transparency, enablement and collaboration were activated alongside the purpose and mandate through a series of online and offline campaigns. The launch of a new brand video helped solidify the culture and ingrain the new values among CITC employees.
